An Enjoyable Family Retreat!

We had a delightful stay, highlighted by the warm welcome from the staff who surprised us with a birthday cake for our daughter! The kids' section in the buffet made dining easy and enjoyable. Remember to bring some snacks for late-night cravings as room service is unavailable.

The staff went above and beyond, treating my kids like royalty. Every evening, the little ones enjoyed themed games which kept them entertained while we relaxed.

It was just a strong match for short visits in Hersonissos with good value. The warm staff members at the bar made our evenings enjoyable. Bring your own snacks if you’re staying late at the pool.

The beach area was a bit of a letdown with its rocky entrance, which made it challenging, especially for families with younger kids wanting to wade in safely. the room I stayed in had outdated furnishings and a persistent musty odor, making it less comfortable than I had hoped. Food choices lacked variety and were often repetitive, and I found it odd that we couldn’t flush toilet paper – it’s just a basic expectation. Noise from the generator kept me awake at night, while the cleaning service was inconsistent, leaving me to deal with odd smells and half-cleaned rooms.

Had a great time with friends! The resort offers tons of fun activities, including multiple pools and a kids' club. We explored the nearby beach and enjoyed the delicious food at the onsite restaurant. The staff was friendly. Definitely recommend the organized trips for a unique experience!

the beach entry was rocky😅. however, the staff was delightful, especially the lively animators that made our time so joyful! i loved the beautiful gardens filled with flowers, and the food was absolutely delicious, always fresh and varied.

I had a family holiday at a hotel and appreciated the various dining options available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the ladies at the crepe and kid's pool bars. My kids loved the kid's pool, but we had to set our alarms early to grab sunbeds. The overall atmosphere was enjoyable, and the fun at the kids' pool kept my children entertained throughout our stay.

I had a delightful time at the Mitsis Cretan Village Hotel. The animation team truly made my stay enjoyable. They organized fantastic shows, and I particularly loved the performances from the Pinkwave team. It'd be great if there were more shows during the week since they really engaged the guests. The staff worked tirelessly, especially at the main bar and pool bar. They made me feel welcome and were always smiling. My bungalow with a sea view was another highlight. The view was beautiful, and the room, though basic, was clean and comfortable. The food variety was impressive, especially at the buffet, where I enjoyed fresh seafood and lively theme nights. the main restaurant sometimes served food at lukewarm temperatures. There were not enough sunbeds around the pool, making it a chore to find a spot, especially in the mornings. Some of the loungers at the beach needed maintenance as a few were broken. Despite these inconveniences, I appreciated the variety of activities available, including the spacious grounds and multiple pools, which were well-kept. I would have liked more entertainment in the evenings, as the atmosphere was a bit lacking.
